Worth the Homework

Thank you for inviting us. We are all here. You may feel some of us individually – but then there is the overall warmth of ALL – that is us too.

You want to talk about self-sabotage – that is because you are practicing that at this time. You inherently understand this is actually a self-aware action. But interesting enough, the denial of this awareness is just as strong.

Not surprisingly self-sabotage is an action born of questioning self-worth. It is also an aggressive action against what you don’t want to do. In your case lately your self-sabotage is a mixture of both. You are railing against the machine as you show your non-ability in this project. You are able – you just aren’t practicing your ability.

You ask how to pull out of this – how to stay out of self-sabotage in the first place.

Self-Worth. Practice the true self-worth that you know, inherently know, and the right answer to pull out of these sabotaging actions will come to you. We can tell you to stop it, to do the work or to project to your own personal best and stop fretting over outcomes. But as you experience your self-worth you will arrive upon answers that are very appropriate for you – and certainly more specific to your now as each now arrives than anything we can offer “now”.

Try this for a week – a simple mind exercise – but allow your body to feel this as well – contemplate self-worth.

Contemplate self-worth. What is it? What is self-worth? What is your self-worth? Feel it, the worth, feel it in you. Breathe. You are worthy. Allow this to wash over you and just feel your worth. It may not feel like money – in fact it won’t. There is more to worth than money. Take in your self-worth. Breathe. Make it a part of you. Then find a place, a spot for this self-worth to reside in you – somewhere so it can stay with you. For the day, place your self-worth there to be with you all through your day. Breathe. Then release from this self-worth meditation and go about your day.

You may find you are reminded of your self-worth during your day, or you may not. Either way is fine. Do this meditation for a full week and see how you feel.

Write your feelings and your findings so you can truly go back to see the progression of insights. You may be surprised. But do go back and read your notes so you can pinpoint/clarify your changes. Self-worth is worth contemplating. Get clear on worth and then we can discuss self-sabotage again.

Our Natural State

Today you wish to listen, to hear the voice of the Ages. We are so glad and so pleased to be invited.

You are stepping aside well. Relax and open. Open to what comes to you. Open and relax. The word is here.

Yes, it is good to wrap oneself in love. This great bubble of calm and peace can descend and surround you at any time you invite it. This bubble of calm and peace will help you focus. Just this feeling of peace will adjust your thoughts to provide direction for your life decisions. The decisions are not necessarily made during this instant of peace. But rather this instant of peace is where the door opens to allow best decisions for moving forward.

Practice this calm. Allow this bubble of love, warmth, peace and calm to envelope you, to warm you, to cool you. Allow the quiet to descend within you. Fully feel the grace of the moment. Relax the body to flow with the relaxation of the mind. Drain your thoughts. There is no ego thought here. This moment could fill quickly with ego – but allow your thoughts rather to rest. Allow your mind to rest. Relaxation is for all of you – all parts of you, seen and unseen.

This love, this calm, this peace, this cooling and warmth – to practice this relaxation and allow the words of Source Energy – this is self-love. This is self-care. Moments, merely moments here can be expanded on to allow for minutes. Repeat often to allow eventually to reside in this love, this beautiful selfish state of feeling God’s love. You can reside in this love for what can feel like days.

You will be interrupted. But to return to your natural state of love becomes easier with practice.

This may not sound as though it is a natural state. This is only because you have been trained away from your restful reliant state of love. Practice this, practice this love, for moments throughout your day. No one but you need know the moments you take for yourself. This practice of love is ultimately for you after all.

The more you practice your love the more it shall be felt by others in the course of interactions and even proximity. While a selfish act, this practice of love exudes and positively affects all around you – even those you do not see.

Listen. Go quiet and listen. Go quiet, listen and allow the universal love to fill you. Sit. Be still. Enjoy.

Sacred

You are right to take care of yourself first. Once you are in the sacred your demeanor, your physical self and your mental self, can attend to the situations you find yourself in with grace and more correct than if you attend to situations without connection.

To put in English – take care of yourself. Take care of your spiritual self. Be selfish even if only for a moment to give thought to receiving and allowing the sacred to be with you.

That’s the basis, the basics right there. Go through your trials and contrasts in life allowing grace, allowing the presence of sacred to be with you and of you.

When you think of sacred your thinking mind goes blank. It allows a wide clear canvas for sacred to be what it is in that moment. Allow this. This is correct.

Enjoy the sacred moments – allow them to expand around you. There are loved ones in distress. But your distress will not cure them. Your finding sacred in your life is selfish in the best way possible. It will allow you to act on right action and to be okay with not acting when the action feels wrong for the moment.

Feel the sacredness of your own life. Feel the sacred that is in you first. Expand in this as your day allows. Feel right in your skin. Feel the rightness of life unfolding. Remember it is all sacred – and we will see it this way.

Send your love. Send the love you find as you tap into sacred life to the loved ones and all those around them. Send love. Just love is best. One thing is all. Send love. That is the best blessing, the strongest. And feel your own sacredness in this act. You are loved.

Truth, Bias and Commerce

You compare yourself, your message, to other messages you hear. They are all valid – they are all delivered with goodwill and with the clearest truth of the translator. Your truth is as clear as it can be at each sitting. Your truth becomes clearer with each sitting. Biases do arise. Please do not worry of your biases – every human has them. Your biases resound with many. And they are clearing out of your psyche as you allow them.

Truth is full of bias on your earth. Yet the light of realized consciousness continues to shine through, to become brighter and this affects more of you. A new truth emerges. The old truth is left in the shadows – which outright disappear, disintegrating with the shining light of this new consciousness.

Do not worry of your truth. It is as good as it can be and you are allowing a clearer truth with every questioning of your habits, of your beliefs, with every choice you make.

You even choose your truth with every purchase. The energy of money affects everyone along the pipeline of providing goods and services. Commerce holds a lot of energy. It does not hold truth. Rather it holds keys to what you believe true.

The energy flow of commerce affects all of you in one form or another. How you are enticed to buy has changed radically from thirty years ago. This enticement continues to change. These changes in commerce are changing habits and changing truths for every one. How a truth is expressed is expanding and this change is part of the fabric of human interactions now.

The kinder interactions are more prevelent and humans are responding. Allow this.

Allow your choices in commerce to reflect a kinder, thoughtful response to your life. Choose for you – still – but choose that which is good for you – whether it is what you eat, ingest, wear and where you live. Make the choices that feel good; that feel right.

These are the most correct choices in commerce for you at the moment. And then allow this momentum to carry you to even better choices in the next interaction. You are on the right path. Enjoy and allow.

Fullness of love

Thank you for the invitation. We are thrilled to be here today. There is so much to say, so many topics – thank you for picking up your pen.

Let us settle in on the fullness of love. This is a most basic premise…this love. This love you exist in is as ephemeral as the air you are surrounded by. And all things operate in this love. Like smells that waft through your air – that are part of air but felt separately – so love surrounds you and the ripples of other loves that are felt separately waft through. By focusing on air you can smell individual smells – cut grass, food cooking, forest smells. By focusing on love – meditation is good for this – you can feel the loves that waft through this love – warmth, joy, calm, thrill. All parts of love, you may find parts of love you have difficulty describing, this is no less love.

What about those feelings that are not love as you understand it? What about hatred? Please know love is where we operate – you and we. Hatred can return to love. But human free-will is at play and hatred is allowable. This is an old energy. This is an old energy of a love that no longer serves. To hate is as strong as to love – rather was as strong as to love. This hate has been twisted and a current human hate still resides in love – but dissipates, dissolves, as it reaches the other side. Hate does not operate here – this is singular to the human condition (for our purposes here).

We are available to assist in teaching love as first described. We are here to nudge, to remind you of the fullness your life with love is.

The human condition, mostly human conditioning does not currently allow, for most, yourselves to live in love. This is changing. Love is available – at all times – to live within it – at all times – to be surrounded and active within love – at all times.

This is not a cocoon. This is a new earth you can actively be working toward. Many of humans are working toward this end. The best way to help or assist others is to live here and now as an example. No teaching will reach the masses like living this love. Individually – this is done individually – for yourself first. Every step closer – be sure to rejoice. There is no false step, there is no falling short – every step closer is a joyful step toward living in love. To gall back, to not feel the love is not to be despaired. Join in where you are to live your love. Right where you are is love.

The Body, Cells, and Processes

The cellular structure of your body is pleased to be recognized. All beings enjoy pleasing recognition. This includes your body, your cells, your organs and the body’s processes. Humans, even those in sickness, have a tendency to take the body for granted. While we do not require you to provide temple status to your body, it would be healthier of you to grant it recognition as the acting agent on the soul’s behalf to be here, to experience life on earth at this time. Humans in general take their body for granted.

It feels good to speak to your body, to share love, to have and express curiosity for that you don’t know about your body. Your health does not rely on this; but it can be positively impacted. You may never feel the impact consciously. But there is much you can do for your body to allow it ease, grace and youthful workings. Being nice to your body includes speaking and thinking loving thoughts, recognition of it working and of the regeneration that is occurring. To dress it well to reflect your appreciation of your body. Even this is wellness too.

Find ways to express your gratitude. You know what feels right.

Heart Centered Thought

There is a lot to be said for sitting quietly. Regenerating energy feels good. Feeling the wholeness of each moment is also good.

Thank you for the invitation. We enjoy coming through. We are honored as your presence steps aside, yet is present for translation.

All we have to say today we have shared before – whether through this conduit or others. The message is peace – personal peace, neighborhood peace. Peace to be felt in the very essence of the heart. For all thought comes from the heart, not your head. True thought comes from the heart. This is a new practice. A new focus. This is newer for you to consider your thoughts come from the heart. To come from your heart shifts focus away from the head – on purpose. Too much energy may be coming from a focus on intellect – without qualifying intellect. [And yet we are not qualifying the heart conscious – it is a circular argument that naturally, organically, through DNA of heart, would be a deep reflection thought (should it come from the heart). ]

It is ‘time’ to change thoughts, to shift focus – and the heart thoughts have reached up for recognition. The heart is centered beautifully in the body – heart thought may contain a more whole body response. Allow the whole body a say in this life.

Heart-centered thought. We are introducing (for some people) heart-centered thought. Give your brain a rest and allow your heart to lead.

Just the word heart-centered connotes love, compassion, passion, and fullness of desires and goodness. “Your heart is in the right place.” Meaning intentions is benevolent. Go with this idea into your day. go with your heart in the right place guiding your ideas and possibly your decisions. what feels good and what feels right are not always in agreement. Your heart decisions at least are from the heart.

Use your time wisely. Allow for fun – and work to fulfill yourself and to become that person that makes you proud. Work to become the one your heart is proud of.

Flood your life with heart and revel in how this feels.

Happy All Day Long

Thank you for inviting us. We feel you feeling the shift in your molecules. This makes the changes coming about more exciting for you and delicious for us. The expectations within your life become palpable adding to the vibrancy of changes coming. Bask in this deliciousness, grow within it – for it is fertile with the feeling of anticipation.

This is you feeling the way you want to feel. You enjoy change, adventure. You enjoy these feeling. So then enjoy the expectation of these changes you have been setting in motion. You are a good creator – and getting more deliberate as you go. Isn’t it wonderful to feel the feelings you have wanted to feel all along?

The corporeal body follows the feeling – this mirroring environment mirrors the feeling. It can be no other way. Feeling first. Feelings must be strong and believable. The believable-ness comes with practice. Comes with trying it on, adjusting to it. The believing becomes easy and your world mirrors your belief. Make your beliefs wonderful.

Sit and believe that you are happy all day long – and while you are about your day after such a meditation you can more clearly dispel anything that infringes on your happiness belief. This takes practice – so practice again the next day that you are happy all day long – this practice is a meditation. Play out in your opening heart meditation how you feel to be happy all day long.

How does happy feel for you? What thought do you have? How does your body feel as you are happy? Take away from your meditation any goals or achievements – just feel how it feels to be happy. After your meditation you may bring this feeling with you into your day. Practice your day feeling happy. Some days we will not get very far before circumstances pull this feeling from you. So practice again during the next meditation. And the next. Bringing the feeling of happiness with you into your day for as far as it will go.

And yes, eventually your days do fill with happiness and that is when things begin to happen for you and for those around you. You will find your happiness opens pathways to greater fulfillment in your life – and the other axioms of happiness fill into place.

They will be different for everyone – but things such as security, strength, weight-loss, good foods, good company, satisfaction are all coming in to underlay your happiness. Or maybe it is the happiness that is the underlay to all that. Regardless, for it is all the Oneness of life that you are learning.

All of this is the Oneness of life. Be happy. For no reason other than you can. For no reason – none needed.

Exploring Money

Thank you for the invitation. It is true that you are not here for the money. You are here for the experiences, for the growth and to understand the love from this perspective of human on earth.

We hear you state your desire to drop the baggage that weighs you down with debt; a very noble AND wonderfully selfish request. We would like to suggest to expedite this request that you reframe your views on money. Explore what you believe money is to you and then throw it out the window.

Money is a presentation of energy. You have the energy – the presentation is a very human aspect. Money represents the energy you already possess. This is the limitless energy of soul we are speaking of. Only you are pinching off your recognition of the energy – only you are restricting how much comes through- both in the form of energy and the form of money.

Yes, slough off the baggage that slows your financial health – build nothing in it’s place – only allow the energy free reign to move freely and joyously. All will be resolved – as it was never un-resolved, not in this energy.

Body of Joy

Thank you for inviting us. Such a pleasure to join with you during meditation.

Just a moment here to point out how much you felt the most general thoughts that held your mind today during meditation. We too understand your frustration at all the thoughts running in your mind as you try to quiet and release these thoughts. They seem to get louder, eh? Yet, when you were able to hang your thoughts for a moment on joy we too felt your body and your mind melt into the thought of joy. Joy lingered in your mind and all was right for you in those moments. Your mind again raced away with thoughts shortly after – until you were able to find the feeling and thought of happy. Again your mind and your body shifted into a more receptive, open being.

These are good for you. Just as good as the meditation days of unassuming bliss or losing time in a multi-dimensional weave of existence.

Today’s meditation was successful. Today’s meditation counts. Benefits you do not feel yet have been received. Benefits are flowing through to you – stay open and receive.
