It all started with time. Satisfaction with ourselves and the presence of time feed off each other. There is no need to be so harsh to ourselves – for time continues either way.

And then there was a shift and diet advice was all about feeling good. Truly, being good to oneself should feel good. When we are doing the right thing for ourselves – it is a good time to feel good about it.

And while we are being good to ourselves – remember television/streaming content is on overload 24/7. No one can watch all there is to watch. So while your restricting yourself (and feeling good about it) get outside for the true entertainment.

Go breathe some air while you are there.

The Body, Cells, and Processes

The cellular structure of your body is pleased to be recognized. All beings enjoy pleasing recognition. This includes your body, your cells, your organs and the body’s processes. Humans, even those in sickness, have a tendency to take the body for granted. While we do not require you to provide temple status to your body, it would be healthier of you to grant it recognition as the acting agent on the soul’s behalf to be here, to experience life on earth at this time. Humans in general take their body for granted.

It feels good to speak to your body, to share love, to have and express curiosity for that you don’t know about your body. Your health does not rely on this; but it can be positively impacted. You may never feel the impact consciously. But there is much you can do for your body to allow it ease, grace and youthful workings. Being nice to your body includes speaking and thinking loving thoughts, recognition of it working and of the regeneration that is occurring. To dress it well to reflect your appreciation of your body. Even this is wellness too.

Find ways to express your gratitude. You know what feels right.

Call for Wellness

Go to your day feeling the wholeness, the fulfillment of our presence. Just like this page – this is a new day. There are new perspectives to have and to encounter.

Know our love – the completeness of our love. There is no wrong that can be a part of your day if you approach this day with our love.

We want to see you relaxed – relaxed shoulders, relaxed jaw. You yourself create so much tension and strife for yourself. It is good to have responsibilities. It is good to have desires and motivations. But the physical toll, the physical damage is self-created and has become chronic. You can stop this. It will take awareness and practice. It will not occur for you overnight. Breathing will help. Breathing exercises to consider how to use the breathe to calm and to physically regenerate the body and the mind. These simple moments can create great changes. You are strong and these tense practices have been active for decades. You will be practicing relief exercises for decades to come – potentially. Are you ready to accept relief? Then the changes to your chronic state can be instantaneous. It is up to you – we are happy with instantaneous.

It all feels good. The roots are set and your wellness is in your hands, it is in your body – enjoy, have fun, play with your wellness.

Be and have and call to you pleasure and good times. Today is a good day. Every day is a good day. Today is a good day.

Preventive Care

Thank you for inviting us – we love your question and scramble to answer. There are so many answers. “What can we say that will help?” What a lovely question.

Let us start – There is a Oneness. This Oneness is all encompassing. this is the feeling “you are not alone”. When you feel alone, abandoned, without a person to turn to it is this Oneness that you must tap into. This Oneness is actively participating in life – you know this presence.

At the time of feeling alone you humans become self-isolating. Refusing what you know will heal; refusing to acknowledge there is help because this help is unseen (?). Get over it and tap into this infinite love. Tap into this overwhelming (for you) love and acceptance. At the time of deepest despair stop crying and listen. Listen for whatever you hear. You will hear, ultimately, love; or a loved one. You will hear what grace sounds like.

And this listening this in not necessarily with your ears, dear humans. This listening starts in the ears and expands – becomes listening to the vibration. It is vibrational listening. Your entire being can feel it – it reverberates.

Vibration reverberates and the ultimate Oneness of our and your being is actively shared. Let’s be clear – it is always actively shared. Ultimate Oneness – this vibration is ALWAYS actively shared. It is in the awakened consciousness of you, the moment of open conscious awareness of this vibration, of this Oneness, that you can dispel the alone-ness you feel. The Oneness shall fill the vibration. In the awareness of Oneness alone-ness falls away as false. Alone-ness is a myth. But we are not here to convince you of this. We are today speaking of how to remember you are not alone.

At times of utter despair it is difficult for humans to remember the cure for this. You forget that healing is just as possible but action must be taken. You must tap into your Oneness. Just as you would run to the medicine cabinet to get the ointment and bandage – run to your capabilities of listening. Listen with your body for the vibration of life. The vibration of this Universe. Be filled with knowledge and love and KNOW this love is part – is the essence of -the Oneness you have tapped into.

Know our love. Before despair, before strife, while you feel well, especially while you are feeling good. Tap into these vibrations. enjoy fully the completeness and the company of this vibration. This has a preventive effect. Practice this vibration with Oneness of love, Oneness of molecules, Oneness of nature, Oneness of your planet, Oneness meaning All-encompassing of “G*d”. Let it be huge. Also let it be smaller than atoms. Practice and play in the vibration. Enjoy. These play-dates will prevent the torture of aloneness. It will proof you from feeling despair as it has previously manifest. This kind of play is health and healing.

Enjoy, enjoy, enjoy your lives. These are lives you requested and are ready to crack open in celebration to be here at this great shift. Congratulations for such an auspicious era!

Friendship, Respect and Love

Your Ego is enjoying and has made friends with your Highest-Self. They came together several “months” ago – as you were reading about the ego not wanting to give up agency of you – the “meeting” occurred. Their friendship, between Highest-self and Ego, is growing and is loving and playful. Both Ego and Highest-self bring information, emotions and insight to the table. This is an interactive participatory relationship. There is a sharing of respect and joy, a knowing culminating in love for you, and anticipated great guidance. No need to fret for the sake of Ego. Ego is enjoying the growth within the Highest-self.

This relationship IS mental health. These two “sides” coming together to feel our love, to feel the completeness of life – to gain and strengthen the feeling of compassion, gratitude and to be overwhelmed by the feeling of emotions of something loving and larger than self – this is mental health.

You are in a healthy state of being. It is a display, internally for each of you, of oneness with the creator, oneness with Source. What could possibly be better than knowing Source in your lifetime? The emotion of knowing is in itself as mentally healthy as one can imagine at this time. Healthy emotions are healthy mental states. Let us together review how all this lovely and vast emotion of knowing that you gain in meditation is a foundation of mental health.

And let us start by focusing on love – Love is the ultimate expression of health – healthy love.

We will address again – but please know your Ego and Higher-self are joined in friendship, respect and love. You are complete in this.

Recess

You have much to ponder over – but you do not need to. You do well to not “worry” over these matters. These matters of family and jobs, these matters over other people’s circumstances, these matters in your mental game of “what if” – they are of no matter. They are thoughts and you do well not to worry. We see you ponder these matters and we would hope you can see these as mental games – not particularly worry, but mental exercises and off-hand pondering.

Even as you find yourself “sending out” prayers to people and situations – send them out as a fun exercise – it’s a matter of play. Play with your ideas. Make them light and fun to consider. There is no weight to your thoughts, take that idea in a literal sense and add no “weight” to them. Your thoughts are to be light and life is meant to be fun.

If others are not able to have fun at this time in their growth it is not up to you to feel un-fun with them. Such thoughts stop growth for both of you. Lead by example. Think lightly, make it a mental game, a pondering, an “I love you” thought and move on. Leave the not so light thought to lighten up, or sink. Either way, play in your head. Don’t be your own bully on the playground. Be the group picking flowers on the side of the asphalt, or the group playing 4-square or tetherball. Jump rope while you are there. Bring your loved ones in for those cooperative games – they need a mental play day too.

Bask in the Goodness

You are good to keep your thoughts high. It does no good to consider, contemplate on low thoughts. You compound what you think on – and adjusting your thoughts away from topics or scenarios that agitate you has been a productive practice for you.

Yesterday was a good case in point – by steering your thoughts toward things you do want you were compelled to work on the projects that will propel you on your journey as you wish to be. This learning has been fun for you and we are enjoying the journey as well.

There is no good that comes from allowing thoughts of things you don’t want. None. Keep choosing your thoughts. Keep choosing your daydreams. Choose your topics to feed your true interests. No need to share your good thoughts now, anymore than when they were not so good thoughts. But, you are happier – bask some more in the knowledge.

You are safe. You have made correct decisions and you will continue. We hear your affirmation – and it is already yours. Open your eyes and keep learning to enjoy being you happy spiritual self. You are rocking it.

Open Your Eyes

You are right to open your eyes. Open them to everything good in this day before you. So much good to be perceived, to be seen. We are envious of your viewpoint and relish in all that you see. Please ‘see’ for us today. And while you are there, look around for yourself too. There are pockets of information to assist you.

Thank you for clearing your body, your lungs, your veins – your body feels so much better this morning. Your sight will reflect this as well.

Open your decisions regarding what you decide to see. See it all. No framework needed. You can ‘frame’ what you see later. Open your sight to the whole experience and enjoy. It is not drinking from a firehose – it is the new way. It is you learning to see differently.

Openly, seeing the whole – even as you accept this, we feel your resistance. You are afraid of seeing things you don’t like, seeing ‘too much’. You want to contain your sight to seeing beautiful uplifting things. ALL things are uplifting. Everything is perfect. Life is unfolding as it is supposed to. It is unfolding as it is unfolding. No forgiveness. No forgiveness needed. Look about you – no judgement. See ALL. There is more and we will gather to review this day with you.

It is a good day. It is a very good day. Let go of fear today. There is no place for fear. Dissipate it and have a good day.
