Joy Is

You are doing so very well. Please be pleased with yourself and your abilities within your earth realm. You are reaching milestones you set for yourself a decade ago.

You ask about joy and you then hear us sing. The chorus gathers and the joy resounds by being shared. Communion intensifies joy. Bringing joy into community opens it to connect with others of joy. Shared memories are more joyful than solitary memories, of things you have done alone. Joy is increased most easily by sharing. In this sharing is the expansion we speak of.

Joy is not fleeting. Joy is fulfilling both in the moment and on reflection. When staying in your now – joy is pervasive and will stay in the now as well.

Joy is irreverent. There are no rules to joy.

Take the moment here to sit, close your eyes, then bring your whole being into now. Joy rises – quite naturally and wholly. Bask in this. Enjoy this expansion and keep this with you as long as possible as you go on your day.

Our Natural State

Today you wish to listen, to hear the voice of the Ages. We are so glad and so pleased to be invited.

You are stepping aside well. Relax and open. Open to what comes to you. Open and relax. The word is here.

Yes, it is good to wrap oneself in love. This great bubble of calm and peace can descend and surround you at any time you invite it. This bubble of calm and peace will help you focus. Just this feeling of peace will adjust your thoughts to provide direction for your life decisions. The decisions are not necessarily made during this instant of peace. But rather this instant of peace is where the door opens to allow best decisions for moving forward.

Practice this calm. Allow this bubble of love, warmth, peace and calm to envelope you, to warm you, to cool you. Allow the quiet to descend within you. Fully feel the grace of the moment. Relax the body to flow with the relaxation of the mind. Drain your thoughts. There is no ego thought here. This moment could fill quickly with ego – but allow your thoughts rather to rest. Allow your mind to rest. Relaxation is for all of you – all parts of you, seen and unseen.

This love, this calm, this peace, this cooling and warmth – to practice this relaxation and allow the words of Source Energy – this is self-love. This is self-care. Moments, merely moments here can be expanded on to allow for minutes. Repeat often to allow eventually to reside in this love, this beautiful selfish state of feeling God’s love. You can reside in this love for what can feel like days.

You will be interrupted. But to return to your natural state of love becomes easier with practice.

This may not sound as though it is a natural state. This is only because you have been trained away from your restful reliant state of love. Practice this, practice this love, for moments throughout your day. No one but you need know the moments you take for yourself. This practice of love is ultimately for you after all.

The more you practice your love the more it shall be felt by others in the course of interactions and even proximity. While a selfish act, this practice of love exudes and positively affects all around you – even those you do not see.

Listen. Go quiet and listen. Go quiet, listen and allow the universal love to fill you. Sit. Be still. Enjoy.

Three topics arose during this sitting.

It all started with time. Satisfaction with ourselves and the presence of time feed off each other. There is no need to be so harsh to ourselves – for time continues either way.

And then there was a shift and diet advice was all about feeling good. Truly, being good to oneself should feel good. When we are doing the right thing for ourselves – it is a good time to feel good about it.

And while we are being good to ourselves – remember television/streaming content is on overload 24/7. No one can watch all there is to watch. So while your restricting yourself (and feeling good about it) get outside for the true entertainment.

Go breathe some air while you are there.

Heart Centered Thought

There is a lot to be said for sitting quietly. Regenerating energy feels good. Feeling the wholeness of each moment is also good.

Thank you for the invitation. We enjoy coming through. We are honored as your presence steps aside, yet is present for translation.

All we have to say today we have shared before – whether through this conduit or others. The message is peace – personal peace, neighborhood peace. Peace to be felt in the very essence of the heart. For all thought comes from the heart, not your head. True thought comes from the heart. This is a new practice. A new focus. This is newer for you to consider your thoughts come from the heart. To come from your heart shifts focus away from the head – on purpose. Too much energy may be coming from a focus on intellect – without qualifying intellect. [And yet we are not qualifying the heart conscious – it is a circular argument that naturally, organically, through DNA of heart, would be a deep reflection thought (should it come from the heart). ]

It is ‘time’ to change thoughts, to shift focus – and the heart thoughts have reached up for recognition. The heart is centered beautifully in the body – heart thought may contain a more whole body response. Allow the whole body a say in this life.

Heart-centered thought. We are introducing (for some people) heart-centered thought. Give your brain a rest and allow your heart to lead.

Just the word heart-centered connotes love, compassion, passion, and fullness of desires and goodness. “Your heart is in the right place.” Meaning intentions is benevolent. Go with this idea into your day. go with your heart in the right place guiding your ideas and possibly your decisions. what feels good and what feels right are not always in agreement. Your heart decisions at least are from the heart.

Use your time wisely. Allow for fun – and work to fulfill yourself and to become that person that makes you proud. Work to become the one your heart is proud of.

Flood your life with heart and revel in how this feels.

The Accord revels in the connections gained in meditation. All is love, and all is growth. This is a subtle experience, and growth can only be measured (if you must) after the fact. This growth and this expansion is a two way street – between us and The Accord. And it is all about love.

Running Energies

Shakti Gawain rocked my world with her book Creative Visualization.  She showed me a whole new reason to think.   I must have read that book three times the first year I found it.  I was ingesting her ideas.  I was growing into the whole idea of having a say in how my life progressed.  The idea is still ingenuous.  I am still awakening to this mode of living.  I am totally loving it, and still learning it.  Shakti Gawain blew open the doors for me of how I live my life.  She was the first to tell me in all seriousness that – If I think it, it will become.  It is a very powerful way to live.

When I first read Shakti Gawain’s works I had never encountered guided meditation.  I’m not sure I had considered meditation – guided or not – at all.   It wasn’t meditation to me.  It was…ideas to ponder.   Though Shakti may be a proponent of meditation, it was the affirmations she offered that I found myself grappling with.  For me affirmations are good.  Since then I have learned meditations are better.  I already had chanting and prayers imbedded in my buddhist practise so affirmations just loaded up my mental wheelbarrow.  Meditations allow me to unload the wheelbarrow and just sit in it.

This meditation – Running Energies – I have used from Shakti’s meditation, “Opening the Energy Centers”.    As I considered this meditation I also considered adjusting the information presented to include the chakras.  It would be an easy inclusion.  The more I thought of it though, I have to say Shakti is probably right in not stating or bringing in the specific chakras here.  Not everyone is  knowledgeable about chakras.  Those that are have varying degrees of Chakra understanding, knowledge and insight.  And then the final nail in the coffin (so to speak) came from an audio I found myself listening to a rather compelling argument of why we really don’t need to worry about chakras knowledge, chakra clearing, or  chakra management.  This link is not an affiliate link, as always, feel free to click-through at no cost to you or myself for an interesting take on our chakras and our belly buttons too.

Our whole body feels good for our energy clearing.  I do know, for myself, that to clear my own energies and to get my internal awareness flowing feels invigorating and delightful.  For this it is worth posting a meditation for Running Energies.  Maybe its exercise without even opening our eyes.
